Domaine Eleni et Eduard Vocoret

*Going back to Chablis, its dry, crisp and fresh white wines, with traditional farming and vinification methods, not to mention world class wines, and have served as an inspiration for a new generation of Chablisiens that have made the appellation exciting again.
Not interested in taking on much more – the idea is to put their heart, soul and energy into mastering what they have

Chablis is here to stay, but as with everything else, wines are not all created equal and only a few are producing excitement- This is the case with Domaine Eleni & Edouard Vocoret, solely focused on small production, quality and terroir. Their 4.9ha of vines have been reclaimed from the family estate.

When Eleni and Eduard met, Eduard wanted to go his own way and decided to work abroad, he ended up in New Zealand at Allan Scott winery, there he met Eleni. A Greek Athenian who was doing a vintage there. A few years later they moved back to Chablis and Eduard’s father offered them 4.89 hectares of vine. Their first vintage was 2013. Eleni in the meantime also worked and trained at Domaine Oudin and Dauvissat where they also do their pressing there. They currently building their new space.
