The whole family has worked in the vineyards. First the grandfathers, his son, Christos followed by his sons Periklis and Stelios the “magicians” who currently run the winery. They own about 13 hectares of vines and cultivated with Roditis Alepou, Malagousia & Chardonnay and for reds: Negoska & Xinomavro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cinsaut.
Since 1998 Periklis and Stergios started abandoning any use of chemicals in the vineyards and winery and began cultivating according to the rules of organic farming. In 2002 they started experimenting and finally implementing several principles of biodynamic agriculture.
